Terms of Service

Platinum Logic is operated by PLATINUM LOGIC LLC, a U.S. company based in Texas.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

Platinum Logic provides tools to help operate small businesses by drafting and organizing business communications and documents (such as quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and follow-ups) and by maintaining records related to your workflows. You retain ownership of your data and outputs, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party licenses.

Subscriptions and usage are billed via our payment provider (Stripe) as described on the Pricing page. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not generally offer refunds for partial periods, but we may consider refunds or credits in cases of prolonged, confirmed outages or billing errors. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and limit our liability to the amounts you have paid for the service over the previous twelve months.
